		<description>Hi, Bob! I hope you have a fantastic time at the Summit! I was very interested to read your comments, especially item #4 about the power of the word &lt;b&gt;NO&lt;/b&gt;. People don&#039;t realize the power of words. Even though the words and thought behind them belong to someone else, I won&#039;t voice a script or project if I don&#039;t like the words that would be coming out of my mouth. It&#039;s part of living a life with &lt;b&gt;&lt;em&gt;integrity&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/b&gt;, and you can&#039;t put a price tag on it. I think many people sell out their values or sell themselves short because they don&#039;t exercise their power to say &lt;b&gt;NO&lt;/b&gt; more often. Thank you for highlighting that point in your post.</description>
