Each Platinum member receives 2 press releases written (by yours truly) and distributed on their behalf per year. Naturally, we’d build these campaigns around your successes and work together to get the word out about your latest achievements, announcements and the like depending on your activities. You’ll be able to proof the final draft and once approved the press release would be queued for distribution at the $200 level at http://www.PRWeb.com .

You can choose when you would like the press campaigns and make use of them throughout the year.

You’re quite right that this new service isn’t going to be a slam dunk for everyone. But, I don’t think your second group (newbies with a lot of money) will make up any significant portion of the people who in this Platinum service. Stephanie makes it quite clear in her answer to my second question that not everyone who wants in will get in.

And I think that’s a good thing.

On one side, I guess if you are either a very well off voice actor, with tons of marketing funds available, or a novice voice actor really trying to make a big splash no matter what the cost, then why not go for it?

On the other hand, I’m not so sure that many of the voice seeking businesses will search out these particular sections of Voices.com, or if they will be that effective. There are also worries in the forums I’ve visited, that voice-over artists that have the more affordable Voices.com memberships, worry that they will be looked over for jobs.

Time will tell. David and Stephanie have done very good things, and have succeeded very well with Voices.com so far, so it is obvious that they know what they are doing.
