This evening I had the great delight of visiting once again with my friends Kara Edwards and Peter O’Connell. Peter was on his way through town for business before joining the rest of his family for Thanksgiving a little further South and West of here, so the 3 of us met at Cracker Barrel for dinner and conversation.
Peter had never eaten at a Cracker Barrel before, and I think we’ve made a convert to the cause. Before we left, we made a stop in front of the fireplace for a quick photo with Kara’s camera.
Bob:
It was great fun to see you both. Your stories about your recent NYC seminar were very inspiring. Have a great holiday.
Best always,
– Peter
Peter,
Thank you. I always enjoy spending time with you, too. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and safe travels to you and your family.
Be well,
Bob
Adorable people, bright smiles,
sassy gun rack.
😉
xx
wow shes still pretty
Why thank you!!
So few people rately call me pretty or notice my sassy gun rack.
😉

Nancy,
Right on all counts!
Damion, you are correct. What’s more, she’s every bit as talented as she is pretty, maybe moreso.
And what can I say, but that I’m always happy to have the lovely and talented Peter O’Connell come by for a visit, in person or virtually.
Be well,
Bob
Nancy’s power of observation is incredible. I thought she was saying something about ME until I realized there was an actual gun rack 🙂 Sorry Bob- couldn’t resist.
I had a wonderful time and agree that your enthusiasm for voice over is inspiring. I also agree that Peter is very pretty.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Kara
Kara,
No need to apologize. I thought it was funny! And again I must say, right on all counts; though I think the comment about “pretty” was aimed at you, rather than Peter. 🙂
Be well,
Bob
WHAT?!!!!
Why Nancy was just talking to some one about how pretty I am!
Pretty obnoxious.
Pretty shallow.
She had a whole list!
😉
BTW, I am enjoying this blog sitting in the Buffalo Airport, trying to get a non-stop flight to ATL…which was supposed to leave at 6:20 a.m.
It’s 7:40 a.m. now and we’re awaiting a part from Atlanta to come up here because one of the speed gauges got some rain on it over night.
Kinda makes you wonder how airtight the cockpits are on Air Tran’s planes 🙂
I’m hopeful….that the cafeteria at this airport will at least have turkey sandwiches!
Happy Thanksgiving!
– Peter
Peter,
I very much hope you’re able to get to Atlanta to join your family for Thanksgiving Dinner later today. My very best to you.
Be well,
Bob
Nancy’s “crack” about gun “racks” caused a “lack” of “facts” to escalate and get us off “track.”
It should be pointed out as well Peter shaved off that beard:) Might have held him up at airport security otherwise.
Keep enjoying your Thanksgiving everybody!

Ralph,
Thanks for the amusing comment. The Thanksgiving holiday was wonderful in our part of the world.
Be well,
Bob
