thanks for posting this, bob. of course, i’ve heard about rodney and know his reputation. i even engineered a phone patch session for one of his students here in my studio and he seemed very gracious without being overly ingratiating.
but i’m probably going to have to go out and buy this latest book of his, for no other reason than this: he’s the only “voice” author i can remember who actually admits there are, as he puts it, “dark times” or “down times” and offers help in getting through them. i think that’s a healthy dose of reality in a market where too many help-books only emphasize the upside and the potential.

You’re welcome for the post, as always. And I agree. Rodney is a very gracious man, at least he always has been to me. And he seems to grasp the realities of the business. I think that’s one key to his success is that he knows how tough things can be and concentrates on moving past that toward his goals.
