It’s a great idea! The image of the Shure 55SH Series II is perfect. (I bought one of those microphones a few years ago from a guy who needed to sell his. While it’s a fine PA mic, it doesn’t compare with a studio condenser. I believe there’s a newer one on the market with better performance, yet most artists will not use a dynamic mic in the studio. (Although the SM7 Shure is excellent in broadcast studios.)
