A powerful TED talk about the power of introverts by Susan Cain.
I’m featuring this video because even though Susan doesn’t say a word about voiceover in her talk, there’s a very large number of us in voiceover who are introverts.

Hi Bob,
Thank you so much for sharing this. I know you are applying it to voice overs and I thought I would share with you my slant on this. I trained ad a Myers Briggs Type Indicator practitioner, based on Jungs type models. What this lady is talking about is what I have used in team building in the workplace for some organisations. I have used the information on extrovert/introvert in counselling situations too. Many people actually don’t know that they more one than the other, and Susan has described the differences so beautifully. I am an introvert and fully understand that many people pass introverts by, thinking that they are non communicative, when really they are working things out internally. Once again, thank you for sharing the video, it had reminded me of what I know and understand about types.

I’m introvert, but then I like anything involving a BMX and a ramp.
